Martin O'Neill has reacted shocked as West Ham were sure that he would be the next manager of West Ham United. However Hammers fans are pleased with local newspapers saying that club legend Paulo di Canio would be delighted to be the next manager at Upton Park.

Acroding to whufc.com, West Ham have successfully named club legend Paulo di Canio as the new manager of West Ham. Youth Manager Tony Carr will follow as assistant.

If Sturridge's loan is failed the Hammers could be tempted to loan Federico Macheda from Man Utd. Daniel Gabbidon should leave along with 80,000 a week earner Kieron Dyer. Manuel da Costa and Luis Boa Morte could be forced to leave to gain more first team experience. Along the youth likes of Freddie Sears, Zavon Hines, Jordan Spence, Olly Lee, and possibly James Tomkins and Juilen Faubert could be loaned, Aston Villa, Birmingham, Bolton and Stoke among favourites to sign them.
