Name: Scott Houghton Club: Free Agent Scott managed to make 9 first team league appearances this season and also 2 cup appearances. He was disappointed not to feature more and rejected a contract offer from Crewe allowing him to move on a free transfer. Name: Scott Lochrie Club: AS Monaco Lochrie is still impressing out in France being named among the first team for quite some time now, but he will be wanting more than 2 first team appearances next season. Reco made a impressive 20 appearances for Crawley scoring 2 goals. He must have certainly impressed in his game against Bradford as Newcastle bought him in the last few hours of the transfer window in January. View attachment 379352View attachment 379351
Name: Dixie McQueen Club: Arsenal
Not much to report on Dixie, though he did managed to gain his first team call up in a cup game and go on to make 3 appearances for Arsenal in cup matches. He also scored his first goal for the club. View attachment 379354View attachment 379353
Name: Henrik Bastholm Club: OB
Bastholm gave it his all at OB but he couldn't do no more to help OB to a better league finish of 8th. With that in his mind Bastholm asked for a move and Newcastle cashed in on the striker who will join up with new young boy Reco. Bastholm has told the media he hopes to learn a lot whilst at Newcastle.
Name: Othniel Adeosun Club: Aston Villa Adeosun took his chance at Villa and kept on impressing to gain 13 league appearances. Though it will be a season of negatives to remember as Villa slumped to a 19th place finish and being relegated to the Championship. Name: Daniele Del Conte Club: Crewe Daniele was shocked to hear that Juventus had made an interest in him and knew offers like this don't come along often. He jumped at the chance to join the Serie A giants but told Crewe he still owes them a lot. Daniele's had a couple of months to settle in Italy before they moved him out on loan to SC Heerenveen. Del Conte made a handful of appearances for the Dutch side helping the secure Europe. He is currently being linked with a lon move to Olympique Marseille and Schalke.
