Did I pay too much for Fierro??

I am in the second season with Roma and I have been wanting to get Fierro...but no transfer funds. Well I finally got him him for $23 million; 5 million up front and the rest over 48 months. I have him locked up untill 2017 and I had to give him first team status...Did I pay too much?

Depends what you mean by pay too much. In the long run he'll be a great player worth well over 23 million, so you didn't get ripped off in that sense.

But considering that you can get him for 1.2M at the start of the game, and I bought him for 7M with Ipswich in 2014, 23M seems like a lot to pay.

I always buy just at the beginning for 1.2 mio. Depending on his happiness you can also get him in your second season for 1 mio

I loaded the game before I bought him hahaha I'll wait till he gets gets angry or something... Motivated sellers! Funny thing is I have some young strikers (3+) with high potential: e.g., yaya sonogo. But to get back on topic it sounds like $12-14 million is a fair price.

Yep, way too much. By the time he's old enough to be this pricy there's gotta be 500 better regen-strikers anyway.

Dont think I've ever paid more than £3mil for him - though his price does skyrocket 4-5 seasons in.

I got fierro for 5.25 mils at the start of second season with a mv of 1.2 so i dont know how you paid like 20 mils for him

At my 3rd season I bought him for 11 million. So I would say its not worth it.

Yeah you definetly overpaid but if he makes a big difference to your team then it wont seem so bad, first season is the best time to get him then you can develop him exactly how you want straight away.

People usually buy him right at the start of the game. You don't need scout reports or anything of the sort. Only thing is he should be interested in joining you. Then you can get him for a compensation fee. The longer you wait, the more you will have to pay, simple as that

This is Carlos Fierro, and his last tree season. I bought him 2015/2016 for 17.5 million Euro.

Carlos Ferrio won't come to my club, Shakthar but I stole Erik Torres from them so hopefully Fierro will come for beinging of 3rd season if I am lucky to get him cheap! That's for sure I am not spending over 8 million for the player!
