Didn't get trophy :(

I managed to take Kettering from the lowest division to the premier league yet i didnt get the english hero trophy. Could it be because i was in offline mode when i was promoted?

yeah i did it with dover and didn't get a trophy but i was online

The achievements are glitchy as ****. I had the top scorer at the world cup ('Golden Boot' achievement) and it never gave me the achievement. Luckily I just reloaded my save and it popped up.

Shouldn't think so. I managed to get the achievement as soon as I gained promotion to the premiership on my Dover save.

Ah then disregard my comment. I only have English Hero and it was several saves ago, can't remember how far I took my team.
