I have a numbers of people on AML,AMR,DR,DL and I will list them below.
DL: Jorge (FB), Miguel Layun (IWB)
DR: Allan Nyom (LFB), Ivan (WB)
AML: Hirving Lozano (IF/s), possible coming transfer: Dries Mertens 8M (IF/s) Julian Brandt 14.5M(IF/s)
AMR: Andrija Zivkovic (IF/s,AP/s), Breel Embolo (W/s)
ST:Gabriel Barbosa, Zach Clough (F9)

I'm using 4-1-2-3 DM wide.
Left wing provide only 1 possible outcome: FB+IF
Problem: Should I buy a left foot winger to provide another outcome: IWB+W? or fine to keep buying Mertens since his left foot is fairly strong and have 15 crossing. Brandt with 14 crossing and reasonable left foot, should I drop him?

My Right wing provide 3 possible outcomes:
LFB+W
WB+IF/AP
FB+IF/AP/W
Problem: since I'm assuming my AML will be IF (can be W for future transfer/Mertens is fine), so My AMR should not be IF otherwise my final third will not have enough space? If so I can only use W/AP?

Final question:
Do I need to buy a Forward? My assistant recommends Barbosa as IF,should I follow his advise? If so do I need to buy another forward? or should I keep him as forward? then do I need to buy a AMR?

How do you want your team to play? Yes you've listed the formation and possible roles, but without an overview of what you want to do suggestions won't be that helpful.

Full back provide wide support, keep possession, low cross, simple pass

Is that for the fullback or the whole team?
Do you want the wide attackers cutting inside, the central midfielder rampaging forward while wide players stay wide, high tempo, lots of running?
Where do you want your goalscoring threat, etc?

You can make many wide combinations work as long as you compensate for their downsides elsewhere, but without knowing how you want the team to play and why as well as how the rest if the team is setup, suggesting combinations can be a bit hit or miss.

The Support duty roles are what you're looking for then. The wingback roles will get forward a bit more than fullbacks, but it sounds like you're after a FB/S.

My initial thought is replicate the present Barcelona tactics.

The 3 forwards can do whatever they want to scores inside penalty area.

CMs provide enough support and through ball.

Full back provide wide support and overlap to increase width.

If I were you I'd put Embolo as a CF and move Barbosa out to AMR as an IF

surprisingly I found that Embolo is better as Winger while Barbosa is better as ST...

Fair enough. Each to their own.

I like my strikers to be at least 6ft, but that's a personal opinion I guess. Best of luck with them both

I change their position depends on opponent defensive line, since I also have Zivkovic who can play AMR as IF.
However I found that my AML or Left wing dont participate much in the match, heat map always show that my Right side is green while Left side is blue. Below is my formation:

AS(or F9)
IF/s IF/s (or AP/s)
BBS RPM
DM/S
WB/S CD/D CD/D WB/S
GK

Is that because my RPM is on right side so most of the actions happen in my right side?
