Different opinions in assistant manager and scout

In my pre match meeting my assisatnt tells me the opposition struggle against teams who play a high line. My scout report then tells me to use a deep line to nullify the oppositions speed. Which do I listen to help??

try a normal defensive line to start with, and see how your team are doing, then adjust if it isn't working for you.

To be honest, I never go to pre-match meetings because they are sometimes misleading and will ruin your game plan you already prepared.

The only thing I use pre-match meetings for is to see how the opponents play against teams with similar rep to mine.
