digitally downloaded FM2010 -- patch help

Hi i bought and digitally downloaded FM2010 from GAME, a while ago and the other day decided to downloaded a patch and now my digitally downloaded version of FM2010 asks me to insert a CD when starting the game up. and obviously i don't have a cd. so i reinstalled my game which fixed the issue but still no patch.

so how do i download the patch for a digitally downloaded version ?
