What attributes do you need to look at when signing a director of football?

judging PA, judging CA, adaptability (if he's foreign), determination, tactical knowledge, and the style of what he plays, depending on what kind of tactic you like to run yourself

man management i feel is also a good attribute i look out for when getting a DOF

Bloke I got had 16 in man management so it's good, he's Turkish but English is one of his languages so it's alright

wouldn't bother personally they're useless really, I've never had a good reason to use mine so sacked him and saved the wage
