Director Of Football

The position/role of "Director of Football" in the game seriously needs improving. I would love him to take care of selling players at good prices at the very least. I gave my DOF about 100m to buy a Dybala and he made an offer of 0 pounds with the message that the player is too expensive. Its absolutely ridiculous. Yes he is expensive thats why i gave 100m to spend.
I dont know if its just me or others have similar issues. Also if anyone found any way to use the director effectively, please share! Thanks.

I've started at clubs withone but dont really use him for much. I might start a game in the MLS and leave all buying for the senior to my DOF and youth to the HOYD and see if they turn up diamonds or bricks.

I'd agree with that because I also find that DOF is pretty useless right now.
