Disappearing Transfer budget

So I start my game as Derby have my set wage/transfer budgets.
after 2 days my with out any signings my transfer budget is now 0 with no explanation from the board
never ever had this happen before.

Did you give a player a new contract? Agent fees come out of transfer budget I think.

Your transfer budget and wage can change regularly if your finances isn't healthy
