Dismissal in prior game

The option to fine a player for dismissal in prior game does not appear in my game. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Or maybe i'm just blind

It's there somewhere. I've used it a couple of times, from memory it appears at the bottom of a news item? Should also be an option in the interaction menu on the players profile i believe.

Yea it appears in the news item where it says the player has been banned.
