Display Help Needed!

hi all,
i was just wondering if anybody could help me with a display problem i have.
i was just wondering if its possible to change the stats display from the colored bar back to the numbers what they start as.
it seemed to change when i added a facepack to the game, ive deleted the facepack out of the graphics but they are still a colored bar.

any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't understand what you mean, could you take a screenshot of the attributes?
