DM and AML needed. 17M budget

Hello there, I am in my second season with Hamburg and have sold Ekdal and Elyounoussi so have a 17M budget. I am looking for a DM who is good on the ball and a flair player for AML. I was looking at Nir Bitton and Malcom however they are not interested.

Any help is appreciated? or if anyone has any help with convincing the players above?
