£9.75M for a mid-table finish which was the owners minimum expectation. But I'm using the installments an awful lot so hopefully it won't backfire in 48 months :P
 
Nice, I'm sure you can stay up, even if you don't achieve mid-table, it is unlikely they will sack you, may we see a screen shot of your squad
 
Looks a very handy squad, lots of English players and a few Argies, perfectly capable of staying up and maybe achieving more, we'll see ehh'
 
You will be really overrated you get things like; 'I expected Newcastle to draw with Man Utd today so for Man Utd to win is really something.' :O
 
Well, if they expect me to draw with United they will not be best pleased with opening day result! :O

Aston Villa 1-2 Newcastle OG, Xisco
Newcastle 3-0 Gillingham Lovenkrands, Trundle, Pacheco
Newcastle 1-1 Burnley Ameobi

Newcastle are expected to complete the signing of Fabrice Muamba in the next 24 hours. He is expected to rival Joey Barton for that holding role in midfield. £6.25M is the price, wih £1.4M upfront and the rest over the next 4 years.
 
Here are my transfers, as I said.. I used the 48 month rule an awful lot and hopefully it won't backfire on me..
 
Great results versus Villa and Wolves, White Hart Lane and Burnley are both hard places to go, good signings you have got but you won't be getting much of a budget next term
 
a'rite man, good thread, i went Newcastle and signed "hugo almeida" from werder bremen!!! absolutely amazing for me in Premiership, left footed, big, strong, long shots, finishing, 2nd top goalscorer and got me into champ league 4th place finish!!! good luck :)

Sorry about the lack of updates over the last few days guys. Been in hospital. But no worries I'm back and I'm on this game.. Will update soonish.. Big result to talk about xD
