do coaches improve?

i noticed in genie scout that coaches also PA and CA. will coaches improve during the course of time?

Yes they will improve and their stats also decline too. My assman's motivating was 20 a season ago now its 17.

They most certainly do. I've kept my staff from BSS to the Premiership and my assistant Manager has a 20 for tactical knowledge an a 18 for man management nearly double from what he started with

I only ever really notice it with scouts. IMO it always seems like their judging ability goes up when you tell them to scout specific players constantly.

I notice coaches skills changing when star ratings go up or down in coaching.
