Do coaches stats improve?

Just wondering as i never really monitor coaches.

Same....but my mate said they did....we were playing a joint game and he always went for the young ones so they could improve whereas I have always ust gone for the best statswise...i haven't really seen any progress but they probs do if he says they do, he's rarely wrong when it comes to FM lol

They do improve.

Coaches also have PA and CA just like players. (But it doesn't reflect there coaching stars...)

I've seen scouts improve their stats over time,so I'm sure coaches also improve.

Yup. Had coaches on four stars go up to four and a half before. Now to ask the opposite question... Do coaches stats get worse after a certain age?

Depends on his CA/PA and probably some random attribute of your club.
