Do I have to uninstall patch 10.3 to install patch 10.2

Hello Guys,
Just wanted to ask if I have to uninstall patch 10.3 in order to install 10.2. The reason I am intending to do this is because I cannot see the league table. After I have installed patch 10.2 can I install patch 10.3 back over it or do I need to uninstall 10.2 again.
Also how do I uninstall a patch.
I would be grateful for a helpful reply, as it will be very much appreciated.
 
what skin are you suing, and have you added anything to the skin? I had a similar problem with a skin, and also with a column add-on. Using another patch wont fix it.

Nah I haven't added skins or columns. I have only been playing about a week I didn't even install steam either. I have also tried what someone else said may work which was copying the league_sim files from FM 2009 to this one, but nothing still.
