Do I need a subscription

Hi there, I came off this forum after the shift to the new set up which threw me a bit when I saw stuff about premium plans. I used to upload tactics all the time on here but I haven't for FM20. Do I need a subscription to upload stuff on here now?

Cheers, I see the subscription thing is more of a support the site thing, which is cool, so i'll no doubt contribute to that in time.
