Do the Goal Posts have magnets?

I seem to be noticing in my game a helluva lot of my teams shots 'hit the upright' or bounce of the crossbar yada yada.

I am pretty sure I am not doing anything tacticaly wrong, and my strikers are pretty capable players, so is there something I am missing. Or does FM not like me anymore and its time to get CM2 out again?

you can instruct Ur players to place a shot in corner of the post... so that they will learn those moves and place it perfectly.. hitting the post will be minimal.
