Do we not need a better "Man Management aka Manager & Player Interaction system" ?
Still, the only way for a manager to cheer up his team after a series of bad results is to speak through some pre-loaded generic and ineffective dialogues that do absolutely nothing to raise player morale. The only other way to make the players happy is to find ways to somehow win a string of games in spite of having a squat of ****** off playes.
This doesn't make much sense to me.
What do you think?
I believe this issue is vastly important seeing as in real life half or even more than half of the success comes from being able to effectively man manage a team. Tactics are only the other half.
