People are entitled to look at, be inspired and download tactics if they want. They paid for the game so they can play it in whatever way they choose. Contrary to popular belief, there is no correct way to play a game: If they enjoy it and they are being entertained then they are getting their monies worth out of it.
Not all of FM players want to be (or can be) tactical geniuses.
There are people who love football but don't have the time to study in depth how formations work and how to interlink the lines to make both wide and advanced players work efficiently together: They shouldn't have to suffer because of this so I like that you can download tactics.
As long as there are people who are happy to create and share their tactics, I don't think anyone should complain about people downloading them.
My own background is in playing (as a Goalkeeper) and then I went into Goalkeeping coaching. I hated people telling me what to do and always tried to find my own systems (my coaches hated me since I'd tell them if I didn't like their training routines
) and that carried over into FM. I've never downloaded a tactic since I prefer to fiddle around with things myself and I don' feel satisfied unless I've had to work for my success: I hate being given a winning formula.
But this is
MY personality and this is unique to
ME!I'd never dream of telling another player how to play the game.
