Does a lop-sided formation work?

Recently took over Juventus but haaving assessed the squad we don't have very good right wingers..So I adapted my formation to what I thought would work, but I'm not sure if it will.

Still playing about with the roles but any advice would be great. :)
 
Definitely can work, that's an interesting one. You'll need a good right wing back. Try having Rodriguez as a regular supporting full back and your left winger as a regular winger, you'll need width on that side to counteract the loss of natural width on the other side. Another option is shifting Lacazette one nudge right, that could give him more room and give Keita more room to drive into.
 
Thanks for the feedback, I'll give it a try! Just thought I'd try something new, current RB's are Janmaat and Montoya but this may need strengthening!
