Does a player's wage affect others' demanding wage?

As the topic says,
if I offer a newly signed player >100k/w wage, while the highest wage of other members is around 60k.
Will they demand a lot more when negotiating new contract?

Yes. Both average and top wages matter.
As do the club finances and wage budget: if you have a large surplus, players (and especially agents) can and will demand ridiculous wages. In other words... the richer you are, the more you'll have to pay for wages. :/

Yes, im in 2018, i turned Chelsea Into the richest club in the World. And now Neymar wants 300k/week. So yes it does affect it
