Im looking for a prem league with Celtic in it, cant seem to find one. Would I be able to use it if anyone has one?

but who would you want relegated from the prem, replacing celtic in scottish prem ETC ...

also do you want me to edit the original database or my update ( for which rangers are in div 3 ETC )

Make it on your latest update with rangers in 3rd div and all the transfers done yeah, Replace celtic for West Ham please.

Also do you know if budgets etc will automatically change because I am in the prem and I recieve more TV money etc?
