After completely wrecking my fm game and it doesnt look like anyone can help me, it looks like I have to un-install and then re-install fm. Problem... I can't find the disc. Can I still un-install and re-install via Steam without the disc?

Nope. All games are attached to your Steam account. Just sign in and click install. No disc required.

Thanks, but the game isn't in my 'add or remove programs' folder and i can't find the unistall icon anywhere. Any ideas where it might be?

no, unless you do a search for a file called uninstall football manager 2009, its a macro vision launch anywere file, and your windows search should find it.
On my pc its in progam files/sport interactive/football manager 2009/uninstall football manager 2009
