Does anyone plays like this?

Extreme rotation squad, 24 players in the first team have almost equal number of apps, I don't even have the best eleven in my head.
Changing the tactic almost every games. I've even managed to use 41 different formations in 50 games.
I see quite a lot people stick to a particular tactic, and suggest that we shouldn't have played with a rotation squad, I wonder if anyone plays like I do.

Not quite to that extent, but if I manage a team with good depth and good familiarity with a variety of tactics across multiple competitions then I tinker something rotten. I always have at least a couple of players who are played if able in every match, but I rotate so that opponents never quite know what I'm going to do, and so players end up less likely to decline and get unhappy, and I have a decent amount of success doing it.
