Does Luis Suarez qualify for an Eredivisie medal?

I've tried to search it but i got no answers from google,can anyone help me with this question?
Suarez got 13 league appearances for Ajax this season so does that warrant him a medal?

I doubt it, would assume the player would need to be under contract at an Eredevise club, and registered under the Dutch FA.

When Liverpool finished 2nd a couple of seasons back, Robbie Keane would've got a PL medal had we won the league because he played more than 10 games...

Thanks for clarifications, i just checked in some Liverpool forum and the wiki and it is said that he has been given a medal.

It's weird. I'm sure Kenny Miller gets one for Rangers too.
