These are the requirements for FM2012.

it does, although don't expect to be able to run the game quickly with lots of leagues

Mine has only 1gb of RAM on Windows 7, i usually run about 11 leagues from 6 countries and it tends to work fine, not too slow or anything. You'll be fine.
