Hi, I have a question about the PPM "Does not dive into tackles".
Does it mean that the player will not slide tackle (but will still make standing tackles, poking the ball from the opposition, etc.), or does it mean he will just keep backing off and not tackle at all)?
A standing tackle could hardly be described as "diving" into one.
If it simply means "does not commit slide tackles" then wouldn't this PPM be very useful for an anchorman, in that he wouldn't leave his defenders in the lurch with a mistimed slide tackle?
Also, does the tackling attribute refer to sliding tackles only, or standing tackles as well? If it refers to standing tackles too, then "Does not dive into tackles" seems like a really great PPM for an anchorman.
