Does Training Even Have An Impact??

when I play with my mate on the same computer we never mess around with training and leave it on default [general] and we both seem to do fine and the players progress well.......more so with me 'cause i buy young talent and he just blows his money on a top striker lol

but ye,training doesnt seem to have that much of an impact, anyone agree..or disagree??

training if very imp. esp to increase your players' free tacking and corner abilities. so dont ignore the training aspect. although the training is less interactive, you should try to set your players in certain regime to get the max out of them.

Training has a huge impact, not so much on the physical aspects but the technical yes. Switch over to customised regimes and you'll see a difference between a player trained on general and one trained specifically.

Also, ensure you've assigned coaches correctly so you're getting as close to 7 stars for each category. Then if the board will allow improve the training facilities.

The final element is a bit of luck.
