Ok say if I have some with say 160 PA and good stats but a poor personality, if I got a model professional to tutor him would this increase his PA? Or is PA set once the player is generated?
PA is set, doesn't change.
The only factor that will have a sort of affect on PA is long term injuries which generally do limit a players ability to reach their PA.
