Does your Board build Youth Academy's

Hello last FM I played was FM 2007

Im currently playing as Bath City and in my fifth seasson now Currently in the premship and Euro Cup, So my question is does your board ever decide to build a youth academy?

Sorry mate it was actually the 7th seasson, Wierdly is whenever I ask for an Expansion of Twerton Park the board always say's sadly we dont own the place (it's owned by team bath). But when I got promoted to the premier leauge they converted it into an all-seater. Not only that when I finished 7th and qualifyed for the europa leauge they added four thousand more seats, Whats up with that??
