DoF Challenge Story!

So I have a save that I wanna be able to take a break from ever now and then and want a new challenge as I am usually doing the same thing. So I came across the Director of Football Challenge where you solely focus on managing and coaching the team while the DoF takes care of transfers, scouting, hiring, etc. This sounds awesome however I can't decide on what country/team I want to start this challenge with. I would like a top tier team. For info, I typically do longterm saves with Liverpool and don't branch much from that.

So if you would like to vote and even throw out a possible team you would like to see the story about and hopefully you guys can help me get this started quick!
