Domestic Player Bias

Hi guys, I play Football Manager Handheld and I'm wondering how you can increase your 'domestic player bias'. Mine's on 1, is it because I use lots of players from other countries? Please help me.

Start using players from your youth team

Pretty self explanatory, you've said it in your OP that you buy to many foreign players?

So go and buy players from your country.

Buy and use players from the country you manage in and by doing that your stat will increase.
