Don't want to leave my save

So I am playing FM 16 and I will buy FM17 or FM18 (when it comes out). The only problem is that I don't want to leave my Real Betis save. Is there any way to transfer it? I play FM16 on touch mode on PC.

No way to transfer it over and if you really care for it I would continue with it for the time being and wait at least to FM18 comes out

i might not buy fm18 till 2018 for same reason fighting off the challenge of city with the likes of hazard & dybala & renato sanches in their squad they have a much stronger squad then me its just the ai management doesnt utlize their squad well
