Downgrade 10.3 patch to 10.1

Hi is it possible to downgrade remove 10.3 and install 10.1 on an existing game save?

When you start a new game it should give you the option to use default (10.1), 10.2 or 10.3

no. you can never downgrade a patch on pretty much any game, you have to do a clean uninstall then install again. though if you have steam its gonna update it back 10.3 anyway
