Downloaded FM 13 off Steam but did not get editor ?

Hello, last Friday night, I downloaded FM13 off Steam. However when it finished downloading, I found out there was no editor ? Does anyone know why ?

you have to download it seperately:

go into steam>view>tools>then find and download editor

I installed the game from the disc, however I can't find the editor, or going through the above.
