Downloading tactics help on Mac

Hi, looking for some help here. I've downloaded a few tactics, moved them from the downloads folder to the tactics one in Sports Interactive and then when I go to import the tactic in the game under manage tactics it isn't there. The files are .tac and I'm at a loss at what to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all you need to do is use the filter and go to your download file and you can import them from there.
