Downloading!!!

Hi all

New to all this and think its such a great site, getting lots of good info. I'm out serving in the Falklands at the moment so will be having alot of time for footy manager which is good!!! Just need to ask (might seem a silly question) but how do i actually download these files, where do i save them to and how will i access them, im awaiting my new laptop.

Download the files then extract them with something like WinRar. Then copy paste them into the directory that the file creator has given (most likely will be sports interactive>football manager 2010>graphics. If you don't have a folder ther called graphics then create one.
