downloads not working

im using steam and unable to get the downloads to work in my games. im trying to get logos and kits, ive made folder for them, put it in them but i seem to get no response every time. help someone lol ?

Where are you putting them ?
Are you extracting them ?
And are you unticking skin cache and ticking reload skin ?

1. ive been extracting downloads into C:\Users\User\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\logos.

i had to create the logos folder. this is the german league logos and ive followed the instructions which is C:\...\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\logos\

2. yes, but to confirm, i get a RAR file

3. unticked skin cashe and ticked reload skin so yes

you msut unrar them using winrar or winzip or a similar program. You say you have been extracting them, but if they are still rar files after the extraction then you havent done it correctly.
