drafts, question about draft use?

I was just wondering if the drafts system for the forums works? like on your toolbar

There's something i was going to post last night and didn't finish so saved it as a draft.. now it's completely gone (my laptop decided to restart in the middle of the night) so unless there is a way to somehow access my drafts. not entirely sure how this function works on the new website

any help would be appreciated
