Having won the Champions league / League Title two years in a row with Arsenal then Barcelona, winning every single game with Barca, then made the World Cup final with England, I decided to take a 'break' with NYCFC for a year, now, I'm struggling to get a job with Premier League teams fighting relegation. I left Arsenal, Barcelona and England myself so it's not like my reputation should have taken that big a hit. I've seen this a lot in FM before and I don't think it's realistic, if Guardiola or Mourinho etc decided to take a year with a lower league / foreign in a weaker league club they'd still be in huge demand because of their history and ability. Hope this can be fixed now or in future FM's because for journeymen it's a huge hinderance.
