It doesn't need to be the same nationality as the player, it can be a famous player that played in that nation. You'll find Belgians touted as the next Robbie Resenbrink, Argentinians touted as the new Francescoli or the new Chilavert, Brazilians touted as the next Freddy Rincón... There's a list of famous players from each country in the editor.
