Dundee Help

Hey everyone,

I have started a game with Dundee who are expected to win the Scottish First Division. I have recieved a transfer budget of 400k and have mostly brought in a few cheapish players and selling quite a few of what I would consider to be 'deadwood'. However, most of my players are in fact loanees, including Matt James, Nile Ranger and David Gray who have been exemplary so far. The problem I have encountered is I cannot win, my record so far is won 4, drawn 10 and lost 0. I have tried several tactics, mainly 442 and 4312 with varying degrees of success. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips to producing a winning formula for my struggling wannabe title chasing side.

Thanks mate. I score pretty regularly with 22 goals in 15 games now and 14 conceded. I will try your suggested tactics see if they work out better.

I'm also thinking I need another striker however I only have about 130k and all the good loanee strikers have already been taken up. Any suggestions?

Chris dagnall is a good striker from rochdale you'd be able to get him really really cheap, i signed him for hearts a while back and he didn't do too bad.
His stats aren't amazing but he is quite a good player.

raid all the top english teams for loans i always get de laet he can play anywhere across the back also get randall from arsenal sets up loads of goals good luck
 
I'd bring in Ally Love, left back from St Mirren, usually gets great average ratings for Div 1,2,3 teams.
