So, If you want, you can simply take a great team in the world first, pick one of the formations that game offers second, pick fluid team shape third, and then change mentalities.
This is what I did. Just to see the effect of each mentality.
I played each formation and mentality 3 times (reloaded) and the below is average. Tactic fluidity: ackward.
Results:
442 control: both strikers same amount of goals
442 attack: support duty striker hattricks
442 counter: attack duty striker hattricks
442 defend: attack duty striker single goal
4231 wide control: wingers same amount of goals
4231 wide attack: wingers many goals
4231 wide counter: attack duty striker hattricks
4231 wide defend: no goals, match lost
532 wb control: both strikers same amount of goals
532 wb attack: support duty striker two goals
532 wb counter: attack duty striker two goals
532 wb defend: attack duty striker single goal
433 control: all three strikers score
433 attack: support duty striker hattricks
433 counter: both attack duty strikers score 2 goals each
433 defend: both attack duty striker 1 goal each
Hope this helps someone. cheers!
