How does the dynamic league reputation work with Brazil leagues?

And can the Brazilian league attract decent amount of talented players?
 
Top Brazil league is one of the highest reputation leagues in the game behind england spain Italy and I think germany.

Oh really? I like the Brazilian teams, just makes it feel less ... expensive.

But there are sooo many leagues in Brazil ...

Ignore the state divisions, which I think you are refering to. The one that counts is the brazilian first division, their premiership. all the teams also play in a state division. thats why there are so many

Has anyone managed to raise their smaller nations league up the rankings? with screenshots.
 
The A-League has gone down a whole star since I started managing Brisbane...2 1/2 to 1 1/2...

I have no idea why.
