yh i once tried to sign a player like 8 times in one season but was impossible to get WP so he retired at the age of 19

Yes. But if the manager of Arsenal didn't wish to promote him to the first team then he probably won't want to stay long.

i was trying to sign him for my bournemouth team but he retired. he was released by arsenal at end of second season

its not really that often, it depends on how lucky u are. i once had a regen who retired at 19 due to injury problems and another retired cuz he couldn find a club
