Easy individual team talk

Hi guys, i just wanted to know how to give and individual talk (like 'i have faith') to all my players in a fast and easy way .. selecting each one of them and saying 'i have faith' takes a lot of time.. i've seen a video where this is done easy and fast but i couldn't do it.. thanks

the button for team talk (where all playing squad members get given the same team talk) is next to the ask assistant button on the team talk screen.

USE THIS ONLY IN BIG GAMES

As if you overuse this they will become complacent. It's just so your saying you believe in your player's to win against the odd. Don't use It games against weaker teams.

i know how to give the same talk to the whole team .. if you use the 'team talk' the option 'have faith' does not appear .. whereas if you use the individual talk for each player, you can say 'i have faith' .. i wanted to know a method to say 'i have faith' to each player fast ...
