eden hazard will problibly cost 20 mill but i really want neymar but santos was 42 mill for him! I i only have a 38 mill transfer kitty so? Hazard or Neymar?
I'd get Hazard then. Neymar is more of a shooter then a passer in my opinion. Neymar only scored goals for me, whereas when I got Hazard in the Jan transfer window and he almost topped the most assists in my league straight away.
