Edgar Davids signs for Crystal Palace

Hope he does well -- used to be a quality player. Loved him at Barcelona and Tottenham :)

I love that guy! Unfortunately his age is self explanatory, but still hope he's lucky ^^
 
Haha I thought he retired too, he used to be great at Juventus with those ridiculous googs.

He used to be hard as nails but bit worried about him getting an early injury tbh with the tackles flying in, considering his pedigree.

And,of course,he's a great signing and we'll see lots of Davids shirts in Selhurst Park.
 
He never publicly admitted his playing career was over. Big signing for Palace and one of my all-time favourite players. And yes Leicester did approach him but he turned them down.

He has been promoting his street soccer tournaments.

whys everyone going 'LOL'? he obviousley feels he's capable to playing still, and for crystal palace in the championship it wont be too demanding. david weir is still playing for rangers at the age of 40.
 
lol used to love that guy....cant fathom how Crystal Palace convinced him to come out of retirement and why he did
